It’s all about building momentum and creating consistent opportunities from day one.



Foundations for New Agent

Agents will get familiar with key industry terms, learn what to expect when working with their broker, and get guidance on setting up their business structure, and handling expenses. We’ll also dive into time-blocking and productivity techniques to help new agents stay focused, consistent, and in control of their schedule from day one.


Communication

Strong client communication is one of the most powerful tools in a successful agent’s toolbox. This section teaches our new agents how to lead confident, professional consultations with both buyers and sellers. Conversations that lay the groundwork for trust, clarity, and long-term relationships. They'll learn how to respond to common objections with ease, build genuine rapport quickly (whether in person or online), and communicate with purpose. Most importantly, agents will master how to follow up consistently in a way that adds value, keeps them top of mind, and never feels pushy or “salesy.”
